Rice Paper Decoupage Artisan Print
The key with working with this paper is fine misting the paper before application( this enables more working time) using not to much top coat, and working it wrinkles out with a soft brush.
When smoothing out the wrinkles I don’t add any more topcoat to smooth out the wrinkles.
I advise waiting for the the paper to dry before applying a topcoat on top. I suggest using Wise Owl Varnish as a top coat medium.
